I am having an open house on Jennifer St. this Saturday at 1-2:15. This place is great for first home buyers or people who are currently living in an apartment. Our in house finance guy worked out the numbers and with a minimum of $5995 down, the total monthly payment would be 504.16. It also has all the appliances that you need as well. It's a great price, come check it out this Saturday. I have just listed a minihome in Heritage Park, which is along the water, great view and the price is $47,500. I also have a new listing coming up it's in a great area in Millvale, I will post pictures this weekend, it's a beautiful lot, with a 5 year old mini home on it.
